"Windows of Aurora" Urban Arts Trail
Mobile App Now Available! 
The Windows of Aurora mobile app is designed to help visitors enjoy an interactive walking tour of Aurora and learn more about the 60+ murals placed on buildings throughout the historic downtown. The art transports visitors back in time to the period when Aurora was an important steamboat stop along the Ohio River. In addition to mural images and select artist videos, information and mapping is also included for nearby attractions, shopping and dining.

The Southeast Indiana summer festival season officially kicks off this week with the arrival of the Dillsboro Homecoming Festival, an annual street fair that will bring food, fun and festival entertainment to the streets of downtown Dillsboro.
Scheduled for May 15-18, the event features activities the entire family will enjoy, including carnival rides and games, a midway with food and informational booths, live music (including a performance by BritBeat, a Beatles tribute band on Saturday night), unique contests (such as the always popular frog jumping contest), a large Saturday morning parade and more.
The Dillsboro Idol contest – a singing competition modeled after the popular American Idol series – promises to be another big draw. Planned for this evening (May 15), the contest will feature eight finalists selected f…
