It’s Christmas at Hillforest, and this National Historic Landmark is all decked out in its holiday finest and ready to welcome visitors with the magic of a nineteeth-century Christmas. Stroll through the mansion’s beautiful seasonal greenery, learn about Victorian Christmas customs, then plan to attend Hillforest’s Holiday Gift to the Community, an open house planned for December 8 which features costumed tour guides, entertainment and refreshments. This year, Hillforest’s Victorian Christmas Exhibit will run through December 29. The museum will then close for the remainder of the winter before reopening in early April.
