Celebrate the holidays in Aurora, Indiana, where “Miracle on Main Street” is the theme of the season. Organized by Main Street Aurora, the event takes place every weekend in December (through December 21) in the city’s historic downtown district. This weekend, enjoy Breakfast with Santa on December 6 (reservations required), live reindeer and free carriage rides from 1-4pm on December 7, tours of Hillforest Museum’s Victorian Christmas exhibit on both Saturday and Sunday (including their Annual Holiday Gift to the Community free open house on Sunday), and more. Then enjoy shopping in Aurora’s beautiful historic downtown district — all dressed up and ready to welcome you.
