August is a great time to discover Southeast Indiana, with lots of summer fun still on the calendar.
Step back in time on a tour of Hillforest Victorian House Museum, explore our ancient past at the Archaeological Research Institute, or hit the water at one of our many local marinas. The Tri-State Antique Market is also still going strong. The monthly market takes place the first Sunday of the month through October, so make plans to visit before the season is out.
Can’t get enough live entertainment? Check out one of our many summer concerts, including free weekly performances at Lawrenceburg’s Music on the River. Or enjoy original live music, savory bites, and a whiskey and bourbon bar at the Liberty Theater, a beautifully-restored historic venue in Downtown Lawrenceburg.
