Contest Rules
Eligibility
All contestants must be 18 years of age or older
Selection Process and Criteria
All submissions will be reviewed by a panel. The panel will select a “best picture” every quarter. Winner will be announced on the Visit Southeast Indiana Facebook page.
Image must be taken in Dearborn County.

Participation in the contest requires the collection of your name, phone number and email address. By entering this contest, you are consenting to the use of your name and email address for further communications regarding this contest.
Photo Usage
The copyright of the images will always belong to the photographer.
For the winning images, the copyright holders allows contest organizer unlimited and non-exclusive use for activities in all media, including social media, online and printed, in relation with the contest and all promotional activities without any remuneration.
You agree to participate in related publicity and the use of your name and images for promotional and advertising purposes in relation with the contest, without additional compensation.
Prizes
Each quarter (4 times per year), a winning photo will be selected. The winner will receive a $50 restaurant gift card.
