Dearborn County Convention, Visitor & Tourism Bureau, d/b/a Dearborn County Visitor Center (“Dearborn County Visitor Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through visitsoutheastindiana.com (the “Site”) and our related email and print communications, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or providing us with information, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Information you give us directly. When you subscribe to our newsletter, take a survey, enter a giveaway, sign up for our print mailing list, or contact us, you may provide:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party websites we do not control, including event ticketing pages, lodging partners, restaurants, and other local business listings. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

- Email communications. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.
- Print mailing list. You can ask to be removed from our print mailing list by contacting us using the information below.
- Access, correction, or deletion. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining your subscription preferences, administering active or recently concluded giveaways, and complying with our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
