Welcome to visitsoutheastindiana.com (the “Site”), operated by Dearborn County Convention, Visitor & Tourism Bureau, d/b/a Dearborn County Visitor Center (“Dearborn County Visitor Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site to browse travel information about Southeast Indiana, including places to stay, things to do, restaurants, events, and related content, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.
You may not: (a) use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems; (c) use any automated system (bots, scrapers, or similar) to access the Site without our prior written permission; or (d) use the Site to transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material.

The Site includes information about, and links to, third-party businesses, attractions, lodging providers, restaurants, event organizers, and ticketing platforms (collectively, “Third-Party Listings”). We do not own, operate, or control these businesses, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of hours, pricing, inventory, or other details associated with them. We recommend confirming details directly with the business or provider before making plans.

3. Contests, Giveaways, and Promotions
