The streets of Downtown Aurora will come alive this week with the sights and sounds of the Aurora Farmers Fair, a large multi-day festival that has been a tradition in the community for more than a century. One of Indiana’s oldest street fairs, the Farmers Fair offers activities for all ages, including carnival rides and games, food and information booths, traveling 911 Steel Memorial, unique contests, live entertainment and more. Attendees can also enjoy a large community parade – complete with marching bands and floats – on Saturday morning. The free four-day event will run this Wednesday, October 1 through late Saturday, October 4.

You can learn more by following the Aurora Farmers Fair on Facebook or by checking out the full schedule here. Then check out more fun things to do this fall in Southeast Indiana! From fall festivals to scenic drives, we’ve got a lot going on through October and beyond.
