History will come alive this weekend in Southeast Indiana, as the community of Dillsboro hosts its annual Dillsboro Heritage Days & Veterans’ Car Show. The event will feature historical displays, arts and crafts, a veterans’ walk, large car show and more.
Saturday’s activities include “Arts & Crafts on the Lawn” from 9am-2pm, along with local shopping and a chance to learn more about the town’s history at the Dillsboro History Museum. The annual Skirt Baseball Game will also return, followed by live music on “The Lawn” at 7pm, sponsored by the Dillsboro Civic Club.
On Sunday, head to Dillsboro Community Park for the Veterans Car Show, featuring a variety of vehicles and a celebration of area veterans.
Local businesses will also be getting in on the fun with specials, discounts, promotions and giveaways throughout the weekend. Come for the events, do a little shopping and enjoy a September weekend in Dillsboro!
